Our brand new devices come in an original, sealed box with all the originally supplied accessories.

All of our refurbished devices come with a brand new Genuine Apple 12W Charger, a genuine Apple charging cable, a Warranty certificate and are safely packaged in a plain box.

If you have a broken device and you are looking to fix it. At Ultimate Tech Centre we can fix your device same day on the spot.

But sometimes, fixing a broken device become so expensive due to parts cost.

Don't stress, we are here to help you, as we have couple of options:

  • We will buy your broken device from you for reasonable price.
  • We can trade in your device with a new or refurbished one. You will only be out of pocket the difference!

You can make a payment securely on our website using a Credit card, Mastecard, Visa, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or free installment via ZipPay or Latitude Pay.

If you encounter any problems during checkout or not be able to access any of the payment forms we offer, please get in touch again so that we can provide you with alternate options.


Shipping

  • For Accessories: We offer flat rate ($12.95) express shipping or you can use (freeshipping) coupon code for free regular shipping. We deliver Australia wide and it takes 1 business day to dispatch from the store.

  • For Mobile phones, iPad, Laptops and Gaming consoles: We offer free shipping in Australia wide and it takes 1–5 business days to dispatch from the warehouse.


Please note that once we ship your order, we don’t have any control over any delays in transit caused by any reason. We’ll aim to work with the service provider to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible, but this might not always be possible.

ETA is an Estimated Time Arrival. Due to the pandemic and chip shortage there are some difficulties to get some stock on time.

So we give our customers the chance to make suitable decision before placing the order.

After we dispatch your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

Currently we only ship within Australia.

Warranty
& Refunds

Each device order comes with up to 12 months free warranty. Our warranty covers all product defects, both hardware and software, during the warranty period. This includes significant differences in products from what was originally ordered at the time of delivery.

During the warranty period, customers may get repairs and replacements only.

The warranty does not cover any damages caused by the customer, family members, friends, or any other external person or impact. This includes (and is not exhaustive of) damage of the device caused by force, water, or any external factor.

Yes. All our Tech Repair come with 12 Months Warranty.

  • Cases come with 30 days warranty, physical damage is not acceptable.
  • All Tech Accessories (e.g adapters, chargers, cables, earphones, headphones, speakers...) come with 12 Months Warranty.

All Lifeproof cases comes with 12 months warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is managed by Lifeproof directly.
