Our return policy:

12 Months Warranty 

For Brand New and Refurbished Devices:

Unlike most electronics stores, Ultimate Tech Centre is fully confident in the devices that we offer for sale – which is why every device comes with a complimentary 12 Months Warranty.

For refurbished devices, the warranty is covered by our partner.

For Brand New devices, the full original warranty is included and will be covered by the manufacturer or the vendor.

In case of any defects during the warranty period, your device will be repaired or possibly replaced, for free.

What is covered during the warranty period?

We believe in the quality of our products, so we’re offering coverage more comprehensive than market standards. Our warranty covers all product defects (hardware + software) that compromise functionality at the point of sale, up until the end of your warranty period.

What is NOT covered?

Ultimate Tech Centre does not cover any damage caused by the customer or third-parties. This can include, but not limited to, physical accidents like dropping the phone, water damage and the installation of unverified software. If the device is found to be damaged in any way it will be returned to you without repair.

For Tech Repair:

  • All warranty is void if opened by another repairer including Original Manufacturer (i.e Apple, Samsung etc…)
  • There is no waterproof warranty after breakage and repair
  • All repairs come with 12 Months Warranty.
  • Water damage devices won’t come with warranty.
  • The warranty covers faulty parts, this does not however cover breakage or misuse.
  • Physical or liquid damage will void your warranty.

For Tech Accessories:

  • Glass screen protector gives you more protection, it will break if drop.
  • Cases come with 30 days warranty, physical damage is not acceptable.
  • All electrical accessories have a 12 Months Warranty except physical or liquid damage.

Delivery times

The following is a guideline of delivery times:

  • 2 – 3 business days for item/s sent by Express post within Australia. (it may take longer depends on stock availability).
  • You can use (freeshipping) coupon code to get free standard delivery.
  • There is an Estimated Time Arrival for some product due to the pandemic and chip shortage.
  • Free pickup available (contact us to request local pickup).

Item allocation for your order will usually take 1 business day after your payment has been received.

Delivery times may change depending on stock availability.

Please note that once your order has been processed for delivery we do not have any control over any delays in transit. 

We work with our service providers to track and trace your order and resolve any issues as soon as possible but this might not always be possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • For Brand New and Refurbished Devices:

For refurbished devices, you may return your undamaged device within 14 days after delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back in the same condition as it was purchased, and wiped of any data, including accounts. All devices that came with the device must also be returned. If there are obvious signs of use or the device has been damaged, we will be unable to process a refund and will send the device back to you.

For Brand New devices, you can return your unopened & undamaged device within 14 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Please note that we only accept unopened and sealed devices that are in the original packaging. 

If the device packaging has been opened or damaged, we will be unable to process a refund and will send the device back to you.

  • For Tech Accessories:

Non-faulty items

For change of mind or incorrect choice purchases, you can return your item to Ultimate Tech Centre within 30 days of purchase for a refund if it is brand new with unopened packaging. Ultimate Tech Centre offers refunds or exchanges.

Ultimate Tech Centre will charge a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the item for any change of mind or incorrect choice purchases, and this will be deducted from the refund amount. Also, any shipping costs you incurred (that is, where ‘free shipping’ was not specified) when the item was initially sent to you will not be refunded.

If the item returned is damaged (excluding faulty items) or not in brand new and unopened condition, Ultimate Tech Centre reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund. Ultimate Tech Centre may, at our sole discretion, proceed with a refund but will deduct a further 20% off from the purchase price.

Faulty items

If you consider that there is a fault or defect with any item, please return the item to Ultimate Tech Centre within a reasonable time of purchase for assessment.

If the item is found to be faulty then you may request:

  • a refund of the item purchase price; or
  • a replacement of the item; or
  • Ultimate Tech Centre to assist in making a claim under any warranty which applies to the item.

 Ultimate Tech Centre will replace any item with a manufacturing defect within 30 days of the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

  • any exclusions outlined in the manufacturer’s warranty which apply to the item.
  • accidental misuse, deliberate misuse or unauthorised alterations.
  • accidental damage.
  • liquid penetration.
  • rust or corrosion.
  • cosmetic damage.
  • reasonable wear and tear.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
